New chick!

Hello all, just thought I'd introduce myself. I've been stalking these threads for awhile now, but finally made an account. I'm a 24 y/o female about to start a cycle of var (although lets be honest, it could easily be winny).

Any females out there have any advice on taking winny if that's what it ends up being? Worth the sides? Obviously I'd prefer var, but so far no luck in actually getting legit shit.

Check out some winny profiles.
Keep your daily dose at 10mg for your first run to see if you have any sensativity. Don't go above 20mg ed. That's where the sides really kick in for women. Of course if it's winny and not var I don't know how you'll know what the dosage really is. Be safe.

Yeah, just ordered a Labmax kit. Thanks for the advice. 10mg broken up into 2 doses (5mg each)? or is it okay just to take 10mg once a day?

That's a good question. I'm an all or nothing kinda guy so when I do orals I just gobble em all up at once about an hour before gym time. Lol! I'm not saying that's right. Maybe best to ask one of the WKM'S that question.

First of all welcome to meso... Now what are your goals for running AAS? What's your height? Body weight? Body fat %? How long have you been lifting/working out? Sorry for all the questions but it's a way to be able to help you out. As for the dose I say do 10mg. 5mg in the morning 5mg before basically 12 hours apart to have more stable blood levels. I'm glad you are getting a lab max. Make sure it is not Dbol as a female you do not want to run it. From what I have read around and heard from a female friend.

Once again welcome to meso

Thanks loveyourbody! I'm just trying to gain strength and lose body fat. I'm 5'5" 140 pounds and 17% bf. I started lifting 3 years ago at 19% bf and 115 pounds… so good gains so far, just getting annoyed with the plateau and trying to lose bf as a stressed out female. I was going to try running 5mg in the morning pre workout and 5mg at night.

@brutus79, I'll be sure to remember that.

All honesty AAS are not what makes people lose fat 75% of the weight loss is from diet. Diet is key I know it is not what you want to hear. Shit it isn't what I wanted to hear before I started I learned the hard way and I'm just trying to save you from that. Specially as a female you are risking a lot more than me as a male. You might get an increase of body hair, deeper voice, and in large clit. Those are just a few if you main goal is weight loss IMO go for some DNP.

What is you diet it like and your workout routine?

My diet has been the same for the past few years (with some experimenting here and there)-- 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat. I try to eat clean, all my fats come from meat, oils and nuts. I only eat lean meats, mostly chicken, fish, eggs, and turkey (I don't like red meat). No processed sugar, carbs come from fruits, veggies, rice, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes. I somehow manage to overeat rice and oatmeal and usually don't get enough veggies haha.

My workouts have been fairly shitty recently due to work/school. I do an hour of fasted cardio in the morning (treadmill or elliptical), eat, live my life, go back to the gym at night and hit an hour of lifting and sometimes another 30-60min of stretching. I work as a CrossFit coach so I throw those workouts in too. My lifting is pretty all over the place, I just do whatever muscle group isn't sore. I've started some strength programs like Wendler, but always get off track.

I know as a female AAS could turn into a shit show of sides… I'm hoping to avoid any crazy virilization, but in the case that it happens I'm planning to just immediately discontinue use. I had actually never considered DNP. I think the mechanism of action scares me more than the AAS sides haha

Brown rice or white? Are the nuts raw? or roasted and salted? Quick oats? Rolled? Steel Cut? What is you water intake? What else do you drink (gatorade, mouthwash, milk)?
Raw or cooked veges?

Ok you seem to have a pretty well understanding of a diet. If you don't mind me asking can you post a sample of your six meals?
For example mine at the moment is
8oz of meat any meat so I can mix and match 6 times a day like so

6am- salmon a cup of brown rice
8am- 6 eggs yogurt, an apple, 1 cup of veggies
10pm chicken a cup of brown rice
12pm chicken a cup of brown rice
2pm protein shake
4pm turkey breast 2 cups of veggies
8pm 2 chicken breast 1 cup of veggies
before bed a protein shake

Right now it's because I'm trying to stay at 191lb at 9% body fat
no salt, soda, juice, alcohol, snakes
I do like adding avocado and other veggies to my diet through the day. Salt can add a bit or water weight. Specially in women if I remember correctly.

I have ran DNP 3 times 2 being horrible experiencens. The last being amazing dropping lots of fat with almost no sides beside feeling hot.

Now that being said is your lifting routine you have to have a base for example mine is 4 day split some people think it's alot but listen to your body.
5 day split
day 1- chest and triceps
Day 2- back and biceps
Day 3- legs
day 4 shoulders, abs, and for arms
Day 5 rest
day one again

Six meals? wow.

Dairy queen meal one
Walmart food taste stands meal two...lol.

5am- smoothie: Bananas, blue berries, strawberries, very little juice, Hemp/whey/brn rice PP, Plain yogurt, aloe vera juice, water, apple cider vinegar.
Coffee.

8isham- grain mush (kamut, wheat berries, spelt, barley and millet) or steel cut oats, raw nuts (usually walnuts, almonds and pecans) and maybe an apple or an orange.

12pm fish/chicken/ground turkey w/ brown rice and veggies.

2pm raw nuts (usually walnuts, almonds and pecans),carrot and celery (w/ natural PB) sticks and maybe an apple.

after workout: Carnosine, amino acid complex, L Carnitine L Tartrate

6pm Veggie refried beans/or lentils with fish/chicken and sometimes red meat, with salad no dressing. very little carbs here, but if I do, potato or brn rice or yam or sweet potato.

later: raw nuts or apple with natural peanut butter.

It is rare I eat anything out of a box or can. I make my own refried beans from scratch for example (2/3 pintos and 1/3 kidney). I haven't had fast food in twenty years. I don't drink anything but water, coconut water, wine, craft beer. No soda pops. No gatorade. No monsters.

Your diet in my opinion is to manly like. Please don't take offense to this, I am not in the loop like I used to be on diets for women. I advise speaking to other women competitors about their diets. They would know best. Frank Zane did not believe in protein shakes while on a cut.

I hope that helps.
