Six meals? wow.

Dairy queen meal one
Walmart food taste stands meal two...lol.

5am- smoothie: Bananas, blue berries, strawberries, very little juice, Hemp/whey/brn rice PP, Plain yogurt, aloe vera juice, water, apple cider vinegar.
Coffee.

8isham- grain mush (kamut, wheat berries, spelt, barley and millet) or steel cut oats, raw nuts (usually walnuts, almonds and pecans) and maybe an apple or an orange.

12pm fish/chicken/ground turkey w/ brown rice and veggies.

2pm raw nuts (usually walnuts, almonds and pecans),carrot and celery (w/ natural PB) sticks and maybe an apple.

after workout: Carnosine, amino acid complex, L Carnitine L Tartrate

6pm Veggie refried beans/or lentils with fish/chicken and sometimes red meat, with salad no dressing. very little carbs here, but if I do, potato or brn rice or yam or sweet potato.

later: raw nuts or apple with natural peanut butter.

It is rare I eat anything out of a box or can. I make my own refried beans from scratch for example (2/3 pintos and 1/3 kidney). I haven't had fast food in twenty years. I don't drink anything but water, coconut water, wine, craft beer. No soda pops. No gatorade. No monsters.

Your diet in my opinion is to manly like. Please don't take offense to this, I am not in the loop like I used to be on diets for women. I advise speaking to other women competitors about their diets. They would know best. Frank Zane did not believe in protein shakes while on a cut.

None taken my friend. That is just an example of what a 6 meal a day diet should look like. At my gym we have 2-4 female competitions a year. I've talked to a few of them and they also follow the 6 meals a day plan. Just with less calories of course it depends on weight and goals for the person. Most also followed a strict protein and complex carb diet. I have always been told to eat six meals a day to keep my body's metabolism up.
 
So I was MIA for awhile, but back now! I just wanted to quickly post about the first 2 weeks of my cycle on Var. I know as a woman I'm always eager to read any accounts of females on gear… it seems like forums are all men and their wives dabble in the AAS world, but never post.

I did not labmax my var… I'm operating under the assumption that it's either var or winny. For $20 labmax would tell me which, but doesn't tell how pure it is/how it's actually dosed, so I don't find it that useful (plus, I gave the kit to someone who had more reason to care what it was). Hopefully I'll be able to run it through a mass spec sometime and actually know what's in it.

I have 20mg pills, so although I wanted to take it AM and PM, I started just with 5mg in the AM once a day because it seemed absurd to break a tiny pill up into eighths.

First 2 days, 5mg once a day, no effects.
Day 3. Only noteworthy/weird thing was after heavy lifting, my ass/crotch got kind of numb and tingly like when your leg is asleep. After 30-40 minutes it disappeared. I read that high blood pressure can result in this type of feeling. Not sure why it would be in my glutes though…
Day 4-5. Broke up the pills even more… only took 2.5mg in the morning, workout was awesome.
Day 6. Took 2.5mg in AM and PM. Had a lot of energy and wanted to workout all day.
Day 7. Woke up with a swollen/sensitive clit and was clearing my throat a lot.
Day 8-12. Dropped down to 2.5mg once a day again. Abs are definitely more visible, not losing weight, but lifts feel good and I look more cut. My period randomly started... I'm on birth control and AAS should stop it if anything, but who knows.

I've always been absurdly sensitive to drugs. As an adult I'm usually prescribed the baby dosage of medication and it works for me, but 2.5mg still seems really low. I guess I won't go up though? If I'm experiencing side effects there's obviously a decent amount of gear in my system, right?

Welcome back.

Sounds like you are doing it the right way by taking it slow. I would be surprised you'd see such effects so quickly, but if you are sensitive and being a women I guess it is possible.

Why not run a log for MESO. It would help other women and attract more of them here.

I only drink water or mix almond milk with whey protein. I tried to drink a gallon of water a day for awhile but it was too much… I probably average 100oz of water a day.

8am: BCAAs, creatine
10am: protein shake if I'm hungry or went to lift at 8am.
12pm: 4oz grilled chicken, 100g brown rice, 1 cup seasoned vegetables
Afternoon: I eat whenever I'm hungry. Usually raw almonds, quest bars, vegetables, bananas, pancakes made out of egg, whey protein, and bananas…
6pm: 1 large sweet potato, 6oz ground turkey, 1 cup vegetables
8pm: same snacks as the afternoon.

It's hard to separate my paranoia from whether or not it's actually larger haha. My conclusion was that the clitoral hood was larger/swollen, but my clit is actually still the same size as before. Because people aren't very specific about female anatomy, I don't know if this counts as "clit" enlargement.

It definitely nothing my bf would notice. Still looks normal/proportional.

@swolepanda hey there! I'm a new female member here, same deal, I stalked around for a bit (watched the boys do their little soap opera drama queen skits:p) and decided to join since this forum didn't seem so "bro-sciencey" as some of the other ones out there!

You're pretty much in the same boat as me...actually we have really similar stats I'm 5'6 145# 16% BF, but I'm always looking to gain strength/muscle and lose BF%. I also do CF and compete in Oly weightlifting so guess we have that in common too:D!

I've got one cycle (var 10mg for 8wks) under my belt and am about to start my second cycle from a different, more reliable source since after my first cycle I was not too happy about some of the sides I started to see at week 6, which seems like you're starting to see undesirable sides already at wk 2? Good call on taking the dosage down...but I'd probably stop all together because you most likely have dbol/whinny in there or a mix of both with very little var.
Some of the sides I saw were: 1) Loss of menstral cycle (first one lasted 2 days super light and 2nd time around didn't come at all) which I'm not a huge fan of that happening but it is what it is and 2) Hair growth around my lip...now being Italian, I'm already predisposed to the hair and the grease (haha!) and I may have just been super paranoid about the hair thing because I asked a few of my girlfriends and they said they couldn't see any difference. [Those are all reversible especially if you catch them early and don't ignore them! The harsher sides like clit enlargement & voice deepening is usually seen at higher dosages 15-20mg...but everyone's body reacts differently to every single drug out there.]

HOWEVER...I saw many many good sides... it's crazy the amount of shit guys have to take and all females ahve to take is a teeny tiny dosage of var Lol my weight went up 8lbs of muscle because my BF went down like 4% and the strength gains I saw were what really made me happy.
