New cycle and new cruise log.

Energy levels have been up and down to be honest. Each week my diet gets more strict though. Depending how I’m looking. I still have a decent fat store.

The week the test E kicked in I felt like garbage. This week feel a lot better. I’ve only been getting 3-4 liters of water in a day and it’s just not enough. I have slacked extremely hard on that. Which I’m almost certain is why i feel more sore and lethargic some days.

Do you attribute the feeling like shit when the test kicked in from the test or was it just an off week for you? Just wondering as one of the guys I lift with feels like shit anytime the test is kicking in but after that he's good.

I can relate with the water and that's something I had issues with when I was working long hours during my first few cycles a few years ago. At the time, the wife and I were watching a lot of tv shows after we were done work and anytime a commercial break hit I'd down 750ml ~ 1 liter of water and found that helped. Even if I wasn't thirsty I did it anyway, pissed, then filled the bottle back up.

I was pissing like a race horse for a few hours before bed but it was worth it and after starting to do that I felt a lot better throughout the duration of the remaining cycle time. I just had to figure out a system that worked for me otherwise I'd keep forgetting.

You may end up having to do more too tho being you sweat enough to fill pools with, unless you ended up buying one of those solar powered fan hats I found for you.
