I’ll be starting my next cycle Oct 29th, was initially planned as a cutting cycle but now wanting to do another bulk cycle or a recomp but imo recomps feels more like staying in the same place. Will cut the cycle after this.
Or would a recomp actually be beneficial for me?
Currently 250lbs +- a few lbs. Ended last cycle at 257, was super disappointed I didn’t hit my 260lb goal. Bf is probably easily 15%+ with semi visible abs and some visible veins chest arms.

The first plan was to run 600 test, 400 mast, 400 NPP and var last 4-6 weeks.
I’ve been cruising on mast and I’m not sure I like the hair loss side effects. Been losing more on just 200mg mast then on cycle. Also acne seems worse.
My first choice would be replace the mast with DHB as I really had no issues with it at 500mg with 500mg test.
If DHB then 500 test 600 DHB 400 NPP adrol/var last 4-5 weeks, adrol on lift days var on off days.
Biggest problem right now is replacing my DHB source.
Second choice 500 test 600(is that enough?)EQ 400 NPP same orals at the end.
Edit** forgot I’ll be adding in 3ui hgh as well
This time around going to diet harder then before and meal prep better. Last time I counted everything everyday but only went up to 5000 cal, 250g protein which were the only ones I really focused on with MFP app.
Any advice or anything like that with the cycle or questions I’d be happy to answer.
