hey guys started this yesterday just now getting it up here
I'm 5'10" about 198 with 12-14% bf
I eat clean, well I'm getting better at it got really bad there for about a year and a half but really cleaned up my diet about 6 months ago to prep myself to cycle again.
I lift weights 5x a week and do cardio 7 days a week of some sort even if I take a long brisk walk.
I'm running the following cycle for 12 weeks
Test C 500mg a week divided into two pins at 250
Tren E 600 mg a week divided into two pins at 300
Dbol at 50mg ED for first four weeks to kickstart
Winny at 50mg ED for the last three weeks to thin out
I have HCG to pin at 500 iu starting the day after my last Tren/Test pin and run till I began Nolva and Clomid
Nolva 4 weeks 20mg ED
Clomid 100/50/50/50
I have AI on hand
Plus I have grey tops that I'll start at 2iu and amp up to 3 or 4 iu daily and run that through all 12 weeks and PCT.
