I'm Getting ready to hit another round here and looking for a little feed back On what to add / take away. Goal Is to At Maintain the mass i have and hopefully add some quality muscle over the next 12 weeks. However it is summer time and im really wanting Work on my conditioning. Currently 5'9" @235. BF close to 14%
Im Hitting Cardio on an empty stomach 6 days a week and Weight training 5 days a week.
Weeks 1-12 - 750mg Test Enanthate (Split over Mon, Wed, Fri)
Weeks 1-15- 200mg Test Cyp (Monday)
Weeks 1-12 - Arimedex EoD
Weeks 13-16 HCG @ 500iu EoD
Weeks 13- 250mg Test E On Thurs
Past Week15 Cruise on 200mg Test Cyp
