Hi everyone,

I’m new to this forum and to this stuff in general, so I’m eager to start learning about this world and everything it has to offer. Until now I haven’t yet been on any cycles, I’m currently on Reta to support my ongoing weight loss.
 
Welcome, but do all of us a favor who have been here a little while. Read, educate yourself, research, and when you absolutely need...ask questions.

The only stupid question is the one you already have all the answers for.

I’m 34, 189cm tall and I started at 120kg and I’m currently weighing 109kg. My goal weight is 90kg, so I have some way to go before I reach my goal.

I’m training a hybrid program 6 days (2 running days, 1 run/strength day and 3 strength days) a week. And I’m not even sure I want to go on any cycles, but it fascinates me and I want to understand how things work before even contemplating doing anything.
