whats up guys, New to gear never cycled before and this forum seems to be the best for info so I figured I would join. I lifted back in highschool until my sophomore year of college then i stopped for a few years. Gained a shit ton of weight (fat) when i stopped lifting and 2 years ago i decided to get back into fitness. In total i have about 6 years of experience lifting. My peak I was 180 12% bf 5'9". I ate my way up to 212 lol yeah it was bad. Took me a year to get down to 167 and then i started increasing my calories slightly. Now at 174 i would guess around 14%bf maybe? I am going by the good old mirror and google pics so I honestly dont know the exact #.
I am doing all of my reseach and trying to learn as much as I can before I do something stupid. This forum seems to have soo much information and I am looking forward to learning from all the veterans Here!
