Hi there..

Same as many I have been browsing this forum for a while, decided that the time is right to get serious, I have been training for about 2 years but was in the military before hand for 6 years, I have always loved being in the gym since before I joined.

Went to afghan on a tour and lost both legs after that I put on weight through drink and comfort eating and shit like that basically being a slob through depression! But now I'm back to it like I said been training properly for 2 years and got my weight back down.

I just did a 6 week cut eating only chicken and rice and spinach 5 times a day and porridge before I train with 2 Whey ISO shakes, I dropped down to a good size and felt brilliant I want more of that shit and I think test cycles only are what I want and I'm ready I am ready for that feeling of the pump and how aggressive it makes me feel that I just want to keep pushing till my muscle rips through my skin! I can only imagine what I would feel like on test.

I will put up pics of before and after my 6 week cut and where I am at now, can't at the min I'm on my iPad, anyway in the mean time I will keep browsing and reading thread by thread trying to find a decant source if it's possible.

Thankyou my friend and yes I know many in this situation too there's only 2 ways to go when in this situation and I know witch I prefer. And I hope your friends do too you can't let shit beat you (the only way to think about it) Cheers
