Hey guys, I'm very thankful to be accepted into this community. I have been a athlete all my life from pop warner to high school playing football, basketball, and baseball. Ive always lifted weights and trained hard during the off seasons on my own because my pops was a hard ass and pushed me (which I now appreciate) and also with the team. My issue is I have a sky high metabolism and Ive always gotten insanely ripped and cut...never could put on mass which is my goal. I am underweight for my height and I've tried weight gainer shakes along with the right foods with a strict diet and weight training regimen for 8 months now...ive decided it's time to make the leap to gear to achieve my goal and transform my body. I will be starting my 8 week cycle of test cypionate tomorrow and I'm not looking back. Thanks for hearing my piece guys and thank you for having me. I have a open ear to any advice as far as my cycle goes.

Stats: Age:25, 5'9, 134 lbs
 
Here's my advice brother, eat more food. That's it. Getting big isn't just about gear it's also about your workout regimen and calorie intake. Try to get around 6500 calories a day and see if you grow.

Thanks bro, that is a good word...iI was doing 3500 calories a day because that's what the calorie calculator online told me. Now 6500 sounds more realistic, is it ok if I do half of that in weight gainer shake and the other half solid foods?

I tell you what brother. I've been known for drinking lots of protein shakes and weight gainers and I get pretty big when I do drink them but I also eat a lot of solid food. Cinnamon raisin bagels have always been my best friend when it comes to gaining weight. I would eat an entire package of them every day. I've never been one really to get specific with diet to try to guide anyone in a certain direction simply because I don't eat clean unless I'm cutting, I eat to get big. People with our body types I have found that way more carbs than protein does wonders. Don't believe everything you read on some website. You need high calories to grow.
 
Welcome to meso bro. Listen to what @Boilermech says. REAL FOOD FOOD FOOD. whaterver your eating now...double or tripple it. Gear isn't magic. It will help to a degree but it has alot more than you would think to do with DIET, TRAINING, RECUPERATING, an REPEATING;)
 
Haha. If you cant gain weight now how will you do it when that test turns you in to a blast furnace?

134? Give me two weeks with you and I promise id put at least 10 lb on your frame. At such a light weight gaining is easy. Its not like going from 280 to 300 which is much harder.

Drink whole milk. Shoot for a gallon per day. I bet you fat money youll gain weight! Like boiler said carbs carbs carbs. Protein can do only so much.

So what your a hard gainer. You and a million others. Suck it up and grab that fork. Thats where your gains will come from. Oh ya you may not keep that beiber like 6 pack but thats what it takes for you to gain weight.

Eat dirty. Pizza once or twice a week. Mcdonalds hamburgers and fatty meats like sausage, kielbasa and beef. Dont give up on me now. Full yet? Nope force down another meal. Youll know your doing it right when you sweat all day and starving every 2-3 hrs. Then tell me about exhausting your options. Besides 8 weeks of test c really is a short cycle

Yessir I've been doin the pizza, Chipotle burritos, I strayed away from mickie d's but I'll hop back on. I def appreciate the words bro! Loving thend tips guys
 
Welcome brother! I am with the consensus! When u get to the point were u don't want to eat anymore or feel like your going to vomit if u take one more bite...thats the beginning!
