Been lurking for awhile and decided to join recently. Seems like there is a lot of good info around here.
I started lifting weights back when I was 18 and stayed fairly consistent until I was 25 or so. I got real big into grip training with the Captains of Crush and Warren Getting grippers for right around 3 years. I did get strong enough to come super close to closing the #3.5. Went through a divorce in 2012 which messed with my head and I stopped training everything.
Fast forward to now; I'm married with a couple small kiddos and back into training. My stats are below. Thanks guys!

Weight: 163lb
Best Bench: 260
Best Squat: 300
Best Deadlift: 365
I'm obviously working back at beating my previous bests.
