well here goes nothing. I am a lurker everywhere on the net but this forum looks like a community I will actually enjoy learning from and contributing too. so I am a 39 yo male been on a weight loss journey for about 11 months I started out at 5'11 406lbs and have made it down to 316 so far (I am working on it lol) started trt through my pcp in August my natural test was a 111. im on 200 mg test cyp once every 14 days and feeling better (but I feel like I want more ) im also pretty heavy into peptides currently taking reta ,mots-c, ss-31,5-amino-1mq ,slu-pp-332, bpc , tb500 ,kpv ,ghk-cu ,kisspeptin ,hcg ,cjc+ ipa and to be honest I feel like I can tell a difference if I don't take one or two for a while so I think they are all working for me . im really just excited to learn more and am interested in the science of homebrew as well . well thats a little about me drew
 
so did you add all those peptides at once, or were they spaced out enough that you have some solid insight into what theyve done for you?

i curious about kpv, slu, ss31, and 5-amino-1mq

I think most people here would suggest bleeding off some more weight before jumping into the world of testosterone and gear.

Once you do, the impacts of your peptides (except the reta) will seem like childs play compared to test etc.

I added them pretty much one or two at a time started with reta then bpc and tb 500 then motsc etc the kpv really seems to be helping with inflammation when I added the ss31 it felt like a boost to the feeling of the mots-c just like an overall non lethargic feeling the 5-amino-1mq im not confident its doing anything but I am at a small dosage 500mcg daily and with the slu it is hit or miss so I am still experimenting with dosages im taking 20mg orally in caps that I have assembled but I may bump the dosage

yeah I think thats probably a good idea but I think I need to double my existing trt (200mg test cyp every 14 days) because by week two I start feeling the difference and my weight loss slows considerably. I may be going overboard with the Peps and all I need is reta and test c but if it ain't hurting me why not I went from 178/135 bp to 120/82 and have come off of all my bp meds
 
Great job on the weight loss. Keep it going. Leverage your trt to keep momentum going but don't even think about blasting at your bf% You will aromatize like a bitch and get all the sides and like 10% of the gains. I know it's tempting but trust me, you don't want to do it this way. The weight will be worth it.

Im not a test cyp user, but that seems like a long time to go between injections.
You could just double your injection frequency.
What do you think is going to happen to the peaks and valleys if you double your dose? That peak is going to be that much higher than the valley.
Plot our your dose on steroidplotter to get a visual of what you are feeling.

More frequent injections lead to more stable levels and better feels.
 
it's how stupid GPs with no real TRT training prescribe it. Mine prescribed me 100mg once a week. The peaks and valleys are so dumb dosing cyp that way. So obviously I TRT myself :cool:
I assume they do this because they tailor the injection frequency to the maximum frequency they think someone will come into the office for their shot.

Its not tailored to what will actually lead to the best outcome for the patient.

Op, do your injection once a week or better yet, twice a week.

You'll find that you'll have more stable levels and feel better with less sides.

I tried splitting into 100 mg a week but it felt like it wasn't enough to get me over the hump I had completely stopped losing weight and was feeling fatigued im planning on getting my dr to up my dose at my last labs I was at the end of my 2 week my t was down to 285 which I guess is still better than the 111 I was at before trt

I tried once a week but I don't think 100mg is enough to get my levels where I need them I didn't have peaks and valleys any more but its like I never made it up the hill

It's kind of relative. For instance, I cruise on 300 but I'm fairly lean and 210 lbs. For many beginners that would be a blast. Where as I would consider 500+ a blast for me.

But if we're speaking technically (and clinically) then TRT stops at 200 mg /wk. Most docs won't go higher so if you do then that is now TRT + territory.

my endocrinologist prescribes me 200mg cypionate per week. usa.

so it is at least clinically permissible.

i like to inject daily. i use half propionate, half cypionate or enanthate. ~220mg/week total. it has worked wonders for me, endless libido, endless energy, feeling great, no bad sides save for e2 stuff, but a bit of asin every now and then keeps that in check

when you are injectng a small amount daily are you doing subq or im?

what bf% should someone get to before going on a blast i know im still a long way away but you know GOALS
