New guy intro

Hello everyone! I have been reading these forums for a few months now trying to gain as much knowledge as I possibly can. I am 22 years old, 5"7/170 pounds 10-15% bf, and have been lifting for three years.

got into lifting after high school. I had surgery on my right knee after breaking my patella and tearing my ACL. Afterwards, I had to get surgery on my left knee due to my "floating kneecap".

The first year I bulked up from 135 to 170 quick and looked like a fat fuck. Did a recomp from 170 to 145 and started to lean more towards powerlifting. After that, I did a very slow bulk from 145 to 180 My current PB are a 405 squat, 500 DL, and 285 pause bench (315 touch and go) @177 pounds.

I am on this board because I want to learn everything there is about steroids. I am not planning on taking them for another few years but it doesn't hurt to learn now so I don't make any mistakes. [emoji28]

Welcome. Good we have a nice little PL community here. Check out the PL thread under training and there's a few logs too.

What kind of program (if any) are you doing?

Thanks guys for the warm welcome!

Well at the moment I'm not running a program because I messed up my knee playing soccer (which is the last time I'll try going back to playing haha). Got it checked out and everything and the doctor/physical therapist both said it will just heal on its own in dues time. I like Johnny candito's program. It helped all my lifts go up during my recomp plus it works with my schedule.

Welcome to this board and good luck with your PL or BB career. Yu can learn a lot here as you've prob read.

I'm glad to hear you are willing to wait before you begin using any AAS. Get yourself a good base and try to keep your BF% lower than 15 - 12%. It seem you already are doing that so keep it as a focal point. Since you have time you may want to learn about AAS use and Estrogen as well as Prolactin. What Aromatase is in your body and how that works adding water retention and other sides and the use of an AI. Get yourself acquainted with some of the steroid profiles.

More important will be your diet but it seems you know that but maybe some help from the diet gurus.

There is a host of info out there and as you go the more you learn the more you might have some good questions. We like to help. :)

Thanks! I've learned a lot so far from this board. I like to keep my bodyfat around the 10-15 range just because there's no point going any lower for powerlifting. I will definitely have to look more into which compounds. Honestly when I do dive into gear, I don't want to use much. I like to keep things in my life simple haha. Besides, my theory is use less and work harder. No point in using the gear as a crutch. I will definitely post any questions I have! Thanks for the advice [emoji16]

Great attitude it will serve you well. You will study and find that you need some Test with all your cycles. I'm not a power lifter but I think you should look at Dbol for that.

But remember you must educate yourself and don't leave any stone unturned. Good Luc
