Yo - I’m in my 30s. Have spent the better part of the last 10ish years lifting regularly. Last 5 or so watching what I eat, logging calories, etc. I have a history of nagging issues like shoulder pain, tendinitis, etc which cause me to really swing in terms of what I can do in the gym at any given point or not.

For the last year I’ve felt extreme fatigue among other issues in my day to day. I decided to test my T levels

Sept - 350 total
11/28 - 185 total
12/5 - 257 (retested because of the crazy low 186 —- started enclo a few days before this test for whatever that is worth)

Now I’m online and talking to friends (and my doc) about options. I want to progress in the gym and with my body, but also just want to generally feel better in my day to day. Trying to absorb what I can and make an informed decision as it feels like I have shit stacked against me at this point
