Hey all,

I stumbled upon this site and liked what I saw, so just registering and making the introductions and all. I ventured over here from elitefitness, thought I would switch it up and see what information this site has. And, a future thank you to those who will answer any questions I might have, as i tend to ask alot. I definately want to be well informed before I ever try my first cycle.

Thanks

6'3" 235 19% bodyfat (trying to get that below or at 15% before I start first cycle, atleast thats what EF recommended), Doing cardio about 4-5 days per week and lifting 3-4 days a week.
Been lifting off and on for years, whenever I could fit it in with my masters and all in school

welcome!
I'm finishing up the last four weeks of my Masters as well...
I guess I'll initiate you by being the first to give you unsolicited advice

19% is high and 15% is better (still not great) But, what is more important for you to get straight before you introduce AAS is how to eat and train properly. That way you can get the best result from your juice.
not doggin you here but people who say that they've "been training on and off for years" generally mean that they've been doing the same lame ass routine that their high school coach taught them.
I myself was an idiot with training until about two years ago:o

Haha no offense taken, the "been working off and on for years" comment is exactly what i mean. I mean trying to fit in a structured workout program while studying for a organic chem, microbiology, physics, and physiology all in one semester (science undergrad) isn't the easiest thing to do, many "all-nighters". I try to constantly switch up lifting programs and cardio, trying to figure out the best one for me, as I think I have ADD when it comes to lifting, i constantly have to switch things up or otherwise i get bored.

Welcome aboard, I think you will like the sight there are alot of knowledgeable people on here and lots to learn. i personally think that anyone considering AAS use should first visit this site. Anyway enjoy the board bro

Hello Everyone,

Long-time lurker, first time poster.

I will post blood work with the day or so as soon as I can get my records from the doc...just want you all to know where I'm at.

Sorry in advance for the War & Peace post...

34 yrs old
Too fat (6'4 250)
Played competitive sports in high school
Started lifting weights aggressively in 2005
Tore labrum (left shoulder) in 2007 - repaired 6 months later
Was feeling like I couldn't put on mucscle for last year
Heard a clinic advertisement on the radio and went in to have test checked
1st number was below 200 (196 I believe)
Was put on TRT - 200mg / week - got levels to high 800s...felt great
Wanted to have another kid, went off test and strictly went on clomid (under Endo guidance)
Levels are currently at 400
Still haven't had a kid
Not feeling great and I keep getting injuries when I try to increase my workload (have to have another shoulder surgery in like 2 weeks)

Question - what would you guys do? Go back on TRT? I know I'm throwing a question out there that should be answered by a doc, but honestly I'm sick of doctors. I feel like they don't understand the psychological components at all.

Also, I know it's ultimately going to be my decision, but I've read enough on here to tell that people care and have experience, so I would appreciate any / all advice. Just know? I'm not a cycle expert, nor would I consider myself a total noob looking for cycle advice...
