Hey what's up gentelmen? Welp I been liftin on and off for about 6 years been serious the last year and a half in 5'7" 200 or so 15%ish. Ran same PH cycles but never real gear. I live in hot ass AZ but I am a stones through from the Colorado river. And I prefer my woman from south of the border. So what's up fuckers.
