New Guy Needs Help

I've got a buddy who is 6'3" 150#... Looking for the best thing to bulk up. Not looking for much in the way of strength gains, just tired of being skinny. Thinking about a sust cycle for around 6-8 weeks. Any help?

Honestly, the guy has no business using juice. He obviously doesn't train or trains in a completely assinine manner because there is no excuse for being 150lbs at 6'3". I he isn't prepared to eat as much as he needs to grow(which he obviously isn't) the juice will be money pissed away.
 
6'3 150 is very lean. Has he tried weight gainers? I suggest before trying AAS he should get a 10lb bucket of NLarge2 and use at least one a week in addition to his regular meals for at least 4 weeks. Train hard during the same time and at the end of 4 (8 would be better)weeks he should be in a better position physically to decide what course of supplimentation(if any) to use. If he is eating lots of calories and can't put on weight he should see a doc to have his thyroid tested before considering AAS use.......Vegas
 
Fuck 4-8 weeks. He shouldn't think about touching AAS for another 60-80lbs. In other words, 5 years worth of proper training, nutrition, etc.
