I've been looking around this fourm for quite some time now and thought to myself i might as well join & hopefully meet some good people with more knowledge than myself.

Like most others i started lifting in high school but didn't get serious till after i joined the military; within that time period i experimented with pro hormones, peptides & more recently AAS. Currently im on my 3rd cycle of 350mg Ew of test c 500mg Ew of tren E & .5mg of arimidex eod,i have prami on hand if needed. Welp thats my generic intro!

Age: 28

Hight: 5'11

Weight: 220

Bf: 12%

Bench: 245lbs

Dead lift: 405

Squat: 395 (needs work)

Power clean: 200

Honestly all of my goals for this cycle are purely cosmetic ie. Increase in overall muscle mass & reduction in body fat to at least 10%.

However if physique is your goal there is a wealth of information here and a very knowledgeable community.

I'm 42 5'10 205 around 13 bf now. Trying to get it under 10 in the next few month. I'm not trying to put your max lifts down but it's seems like your bench is pretty low for your stats and what you've been cycle with. My cycle of test and tren a last month I was maxing 385 on bench. Like you my squat and deadlift need improvement. That's been my focus the last 6 months. Legs twice a week. Def notice a difference. What really helped me with bench a while back was hitting my shoulders harder. Definitely helps. Good luck with the rest of your cycle.
