What's up everyone, long time lurker and now I'm looking to start my first cycle fairly soon (this summer). I'm looking to stay lean while putting on muscle. First off, stats:
-Age: 25
-Training history: 7 years, seriously for 3
-Height: 5'10"
-Weight: 175 (pic is recent)
After months of research and talking to people who've run cycles before, I've decided to run a test p only cycle to start. I considered running it with mast or var but I'd rather see how my body reacts to a test only cycle first. I don't mind needles, pinning ED to keep blood levels as stable as possible sounds good to me, keeping water retention to a minimum is preferred, and I like how it will stay in my system for less time than test e/p. Here's my current cycle plan:
-Test P 75mg ED weeks 1-8
-Arimidex .5 ED weeks 1-8 (opinions?)
-HCG (also could use some opinions)
-PCT starting 2 days after last pin
--Clomid 50/50/25/25
--Nolva 40/40/20/20
I will be getting bloodwork done before I start and wanted to know how often I should get it done while on cycle, too.
I've been counting macros for the past 2 years fairly consistently (eating quality, whole foods so as to get my micronutrients, not just pop tarts and chipotle) and have noticed the biggest change from that but now I feel like I'm at the point where I can't put on too much more mass without putting on more fat than I'd like. I know that while on cycle I'll have to be absolutely consistent with my diet and sleep and have been practicing that to make sure I'm ready.
