Hey everyone, whats up. Found the forum while doing trying to do research, read a few posts and wanted to join. Been weightlifting for a few years, lost a lot of weight (I was a heavy guy), but now I feel like I've hit a plateau. Wanted to learn how to safely (I know, oxymoronic) start a cycle, make sure I'm doing it right, and do PCT right. I didn't want to just jump in blindly, buy the first thing I found, and then end up screwing myself up because I didn't know what I was doing. So yeah, thanks for letting me join.
