Just wanted to say hello and that I've been lurking on this board for about a year and a half before I finally decided to join it. You guys are very informative to your basic gym rat with very little outside info other than what I read here and there on the web. I really dig how you guys seem to protect each other from shady characters, which was what sold me on this forum. I will continue to learn and hope to be able to contribute when I can. Happy growing
