Hey Guys (and Gals),

I've been reading up for a while now trying to learn and debating on whether or not to take the plunge. I've always had pretty good results natty and everyone thinks I'm juicing anyway, so f*ck it. lol.

Basic info:

33yo, 5"6". I usually hover around 8-10% body fat at 165 lbs. I've been training for 20 years or so, but never really sold out to BB until about a year ago. Love it. Unfortunately, I'm nursing a shoulder injury right now and haven't been able to train properly. I'm looking to possibly kickstart my recovery with some gear, see how it goes, then who knows.

Anyway, glad to be here.
 
Welcome! Shoulder injuries are frustrating. Nurse it back to full strength and good luck.

I believe in either a deca thread or hgh thread you will find some good info on gear and recovery. Just use the search bar. And welcome

To be honest, that's what turned me onto this board as opposed to some other ones. Lots of good info here from people who seem to know what they're talking about. I'll check out the decca and hgh threads xgunsx. And yes, genghis, frustrating to say the least. I've lost 15 lbs and barely feel like a man anymore. lol. Much more of this and I'll have to uninstall all the mirrors in my house.
 
I havent needed them for recovery thank god, so i dont have much info. But in the thread titles thats the two i always see for it.
 
Welcome brother! I have 3 knee surgeries under my belt and I always fit a little Deca into all my cycles! Some use NPP because it works a bit quicker, some even say EQ does the trick. U have to find out what works for you. I've personally never used HGH so I will leave that up to another brother.

Thanks, @ Big Mike. Sounds like we're on the same page. I'm planning to run EQ and considering a low dose of Decca along side it just to get me over the hump. I actually have a question about what would happen if I ran only a low TRT-level dose of test with it. The rumor is that's better for rehab purposes, but not sure what sides (if any) there might be. Care to weigh in?
 
I am on TRT as well. When I blast I add both test and deca to my cycle. For example my TRT dose is 140mg weekly, so when I blast I add 200-300 more mg's of test along with 200-300 mg's of deca. So for my weekly breakdown its:

140mg test TRT
200mg test UGL
200mg deca UGL

Total weekly: 340 test/200deca

So, you definitely keep your overall test dose higher huh? That seems to be the norm. I read on here somewhere about low test doses (less than 250/wk) amplify the positive effects EQ and Decca have on joints. What I can't get a clear answer on is what happens if I run less test than the other compound? Like if I ran 600mg/wk EQ and 200mg/wk test? it looks like most everybody runs test slightly higher than the other compound, but what happens if you dont? My guess is there may be libido-related sides, but I don't know...
 
You can't do much with a bum shoulder. What kind of injury? If it's a tear, you will have to get that taken care of first. Otherwise injuries just start compounding.
 
@Boilermech Thanks, bro. @Big_paul Idk. It's not major I don't think. It just flares up and keeps me from doing much of anything meaningful. I was doing a high rep workout and got a little too lose on flies one or two too many times. It's on the outside and seems to more of a pain in the ass than the inside "problem" I've had for 15 years on the other shoulder. That one only bugs me when I get small and soft like I am now. Lol
