I've been reading the forums for a little while and finally decided to make an account so if I have questions I can get answers. But from what I can tell I have to tread carefully or be burned at the stakes. But happy to be here

Simple training split
Mon/thurs. chest tri
Tue/Friday back bi
Wed/sat. Legs shoulders

Pretty clean diet 3000-3500 cal a day

Cycle history:
Dbol 60 Ed. Sust 250 e3d back in 2010 don't remember how long I ran it I was young and dumb.

Ran a few short 10 week cycles of Test E 400 x 2 a week

Now on tren a 100 eod Sust 350 .75 x 3 weekly have caber on hand for prolactin and arimidex .5 eod.

Supps out my ass too
