What's up everybody. I've been trolling this site and all the others and finally decided to participate
Stats:
Age 34
Height 5' 8"
Weight 145
Body fat% 15%
I've trained since my early 20's and have been as heavy as 170. I took acouple years off at 29 and now am back. I've been back training hard for 2 yrs now.
I've only done one cycle, and it wasn't even a real cycle ( test e at 250 a week for 10 weeks). That was earlier this yr. Went from 150 @ 22% to 162 @ 22%. I wasn't really happy with my body composition so for the last couple months I've been cutting, which is why my weight is so low.
My goal is to be 180 with abs. I plan on running another cycle soon but I'm in no hurry so any advice is appreciated.
