Howdy! I am a 28 year old male and I have been consistently training for 2.5 years now, and been dieting successful for a little over a year now. I have seen incredible changes in my body with just the proper food, sleep & training. Diet has been the key to my success in the past year. I am looking to learn more to help me make an informed choice about what is the next step for myself.
Just reading through many of the post the past few weeks has been entertaining to say the least. They have been helpful and confusing at times. I am open to any advice I can get about navigating through the forums! And just about bodybuilding in general.
