Been lurking on the board for a couple of months, and finally decided to sign up. Training history is pretty generic. Starting lifting for football/baseball at 13. Early twenties found out I was going to be a dad. So I just focused on family. About 5 years ago, I decided to start taking some time for myself. So I started working out in the mornings, and have been going 4-5 days a week ever since. I have no cycle experience. Stats are:

Age: 40

Height: 6'2

Weight: 218

BF: 16.5%

Sounds like you and I are about the same size and age. Welcome! Are you thinking about starting a cycle soon and if so what are your lifts looking like right now?

Let's say I am starting to feel that 40 number pretty hard, and I am really thinking about a cycle. As far as lifts go, I haven't maxed in a long time. So, just going off of feel. I would guess:

Bench: 255
Squat: 355
Dead: 355
Clean: 205

I know compared to some here that those numbers are a little laughable, but I'm not going to lie about it.

No one's lifts are laughable. Welcome

Very impressive numbers, I see tons of people go on the juice barely able to bench 225 so I think you're a prime candidate for a testosterone only cycle. Welcome and enjoy the ride, that first test only cycle is a real eye-opener. You'll easily gain 20 pounds of mass and hopefully keep 15 pounds of solid muscle if you eat right and be benching 315 by the end.
