Good Morning Folks,

Finally got "approved" so here I am. ;)

I've been lifting on and off since I was a teen. Quit lifting when I joined the Army - just did daily PT. I didn't start again until the beginning of this year when I got serious and a bit obsessed with size and bulk - something I've always struggled with. I've always been completely natty but I've never had any issues with assistance. I've just never considered it in the past. Well, I'm in my 40's now and although I've made good progress (185# - 212#, at 6'1) I'm considering a cycle or two down the road. Right now it's just learning as much as I can so when I do move forward I do it right. I'm also a bit apprehensive about proper sourcing since it seems that I'll have to use on-line resources. I'm not in a rush and I'm happy I found this community.
