Hello guys 20yr old been lifting for a while now, gave up religion and made the gym into mine. I weight 230lbs 15%. 450 deadlift, 405 squat ATG, 295 bench. Ive been reading this forum every night after my workouts as I sip on my protein for the past year now. Finally created an account here and thought It would be appropriate to start by saying was-good wit it yall.
