New here but old

I posted yesterday (maybe day before) and due to server error my whole account got deleted. LOL.
Anyways, been in the juice game since the mid 80's. Took time off and came back a few times. Now in my mid forties and still love training. I post on many boards, some I like and some I don't. Been around a while. If only I found this site sooner. Hard core on here and no BS. Love that. I will observe for a while to answer my questions. Some solid opinions I have read so far. I can post what I posted the other day (my history with the juice, but at this point rather not).
