Been lurking too long, joined officially in the last month.

Mid 40’s guy, married, one teenager. Lifting and doing athletic stuff most my life, but some injuries have derailed things at times. Now just trying to get more serious about things, while also becoming more durable.

Started TRT (cyp. 100mg 2x week) a year ago and that has really helped. Felt like I had a hangover every morning before stating it. I don’t think I aromatize much, since e2 remains in the low teens.

I’ve done a couple rounds of peptides (BPC/TB and CJC/IP), which have tailed positive results for nagging issues in my neck and shoulders.

Thinking about something like a TRT+ or baby-blast in the future. I’m sitting at 5’8”, 170, 15% at the moment. Interested in the joint benefits of deca with some hgh as well, but open to suggestions and I’ll keep reading through the forums.

Welcome to MESO. How long have you been training and what does it look like on a typical week? Are you a calorie counter or is nutrition a secondary concern?

I’m not grilling you but more info will help guys get a feel for you and your situation if you ask for advise.

Thanks! Lifting off and on since high school. Been back in the gym the last few months, getting my daughter lifting as well. Honestly, just working back into it. 3 full body days with bigger lifts. Will start with an actual plan next week.

I’ve gotten into running the past couple years, so hitting 30-40 miles a week. Don’t count calories right now, but will likely change things up to drop another 2-3% before I add anything to the TRT.
