Whats up, 34 yr old Marine Corps Vet. Pretty new to the gear but I've been on and off learning the last decade just not done more than a botched cycle.

I injured my spine in Iraq from saving a buddy, couldn't walk for a while gained a hundred lbs after I got out and played the lose it gain it in pain out of pain cycle til last oct. Finally got serious in gym again and lost 60lbs just diet and work. Stalling out i have decided to revisit some shit and get to it. Joined another forum that seemed great was on about 20 days learning and communicating best i could and always being respectful. Asked about becoming a VIP on the forum and was directed to site owner...DICK HEAD explained it was 100 donation blah blah i didn't reply that day because my kids just got back from the summer, he threw a bitch fit about replying so i explained respectfully and said id have to wait til I got paid since i get my va checks on the first he flipped out and took away all my messaging ability and said I was a time waster and snooping around...WTF. I didn't know why I could pm so i posted a help thread because I thought it was just messed up, one of the big sponsors messages me that I need to stop the drama and never type a thread again for help or he will have me banned. Permanently. Well he did anyway.

It really bothered me because I feel I got fucked, i almost had to use a tampon i was so butthurt because I felt they had awesome sources and sponsors, I was never disrespectful and he blacklisted me to the sources...fucking asshole. Anyways I was mad cause i felt 'home' there and was about to order up my cycle, paranoid ass shit i do understand but i dont see how my actions merit the consequences. Anyways I looked around here seems you can actually have a voice without getting your dick knocked in too deep. Hope it works out, i just wanna lift, juice and enjoy my life and feel strong and look fit again, didn't know it was so goddamn much to ask. Shit i used to be friends with Lee Priest but he moved back to AU.

was going to run 500 test e wk. 1-12 wk 6-12 50 mg var ED. Clen 1-12 40mcg ramped up no higher than 120mcg. and some aromasin.
Since I was blacked off that other site and cant get what I wanted. Guy at gym hooked me up with the Sust. and sdrol. clen. Still need to find legit Var. Tough to find. Might have to run winny but rather do var. Anyways let me know what you think.
 
Thanks for the welcome, I like what I see so far. In this realm of getting bigger It seems almost too complicated to trust but I have faith in pushing through and doing what the fuck I want to my body. Hopefully along the way with some help here I wont be putting too much bunk shit in my ass.
 
great job dropping 60lbs, keep up the hard work. you should have a great transformation by just using the Sust. Winni is a very strong DHT.
 
Yes, I wanted to run the Var because of the studies on its reduction of trunk circumference in clinical studies. I know its DHT like Winny but if I can find the good shit I will use it to finish the last half of my cycle. I also forgot to mention I am a TRT patient with the Veterans affairs.. patches.. androgel later my labs still only show me at 280ng/dl I believe is what it said.. pretty sad but I got a message from my provider he is okay with switching me to injections so hopefully some pharma Test C @ 200-250mg a week. I am going to blast this cycle cruise for a couple months and blast again. I cannot wait to see how I will change with having my levels through the roof since I lost 60 at barely any Free Test. I do a HIIT cycle after every workout. 4 days heavy 4 days high rep burn out. 7 days a week. I take a day off I feel like shit so I at least go in and do SOMETHING. Overtraining is bullshit. But I have felt my CNS shut down and took a rest but I get right back in. Just feel anxious and guilty if I don't hit gym everyday.
 
Now if I can only get them to give me GH I would be in fucking business. Hopefully by next cycle I will be also running GH@ 4iu ed for 6 months. longer if I can. maybe even some IGF-l3

sweet! you are set with the inject able Test. just remember as you get stronger. you need to leave your ego at the door or you will get yourself hurt. only lift what you can lift.
 
I am ALSO running everything diet wise on a intermittent fasting diet. I like it, if I wake up late I don't have to catch up with 2 fucking meals. I hate eating, healthy that is. I take 10g bcaa 15 mins preWO. another 10g bcaa intraWO. Training fasted besides the bcaas. I eat my first meal at 1pm PWO. another meal at 5 and another at 9pm as my last meal. I actually love it this way because the 6 a day shit was taking up too much time. PWO I have 40g whey shake. 8oz chix boobs, veggies (usually sautéed greens cause they shrink to nothing) cup of berries, cup of oats or 7oz of Sweet potato. second meal is same but no berries but add half avocado. last meal is half cup oats 8 oz chicken tits and last half of avocado. Simple and done. Depending on what my body does with the gear ill add more carbs and maybe another 60g protein shake. Play it as it goes since everyones body runs different.

Hell yeah man I NEVER have an ego. ALL my training and I do mean ALL is just about taking the time to get that muscle mind connection, I go for extreme form and just try to make each muscle group I am training contract the hardest and fucking imagine making it pop. I can get the best connection actually with my lats.. been trying to do it with Bis but its hit or miss for me, I just did some partial reps and was able to get the full blown pain drop the weight feel I love. Squats are good but my legs seldom get sore, I pride myself in lowering slow on my heels and going ASS to Grass.. and squeezing up and out each rep. I stick to bit compound moves like deads and squats and presses. If my back is acting up I do rack pulls.
 
you should research Ketosis and Paleo diets. I think your diet is all over the place. I think if you refined it to one of the ones I mentioned you would get better results. protein is the only thing that builds muscle. you are doing great taking BCAA's.
 
I also read and learned that the tendons and ancillary parts of the joints cant keep up as fast as the muscle grows so only add 5% per week. Slow and steady I am just cutting so I will just continue making connections to my body with my mind to really focus on working every fiber in each group. I gotta admit, its fucking hard lifting correctly, and I get comfortable super fast and catch myself nearly every workout wanting to drift away from the way it is SUPPOSE to be done. Constant work but I love it to death, id rather bench 95 and develop then bounce 225 off my check to look strong.

I know I typed it out all messed up, I promise its structured well. I just came off a more keto type diet. I did the paleo shit when I did crossfit for a year.. basically if your eating good its almost paleo anyways minus the grains. I use steel cut oats, I had a colonoscopy, I am not sensitive to the gluten or have cylliac disease. Works for some, but didn't for me. I don't eat corn or legumes though. I just basically eat all my macros in an 8 hr period. im sittin at around 260P 180C 70F

I have decent calves.. I think it looks badass to have huge veiny calves and quads.. I remember when I first met Lee Priest, in Scottsdale az he was at the golds gym I was going to and I asked my trainer who the dude with the bowling balls for calves was.. "that's lee priest dude" shit.. unreal how nice and cool of a dude he was. Good looking legs makes the rest of your body look good but seeing big upper body and literally 8yr boy legs is just wrong..
