Yeah I eat pretty clean for the most part but I have talked to a few guys in the gym who compete about dieting and they've recommended some books and links to checkout. As far as pct, what would be the best way for me to go about that? I have nothing other than the gear on hand so welcoming recommendations!Wrong. You need to do a full PCT before your next cycle. Time on plus PCT equals time off. I know your buddy is blowing ahead but he will pay for it. If you are serious about competing, get your diet and training in check first and foremost. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Quality gains are created over time. Being 165 lbs. At 5'10", I can easily say your food intake and training are NOT where it needs to be. Take this in strides man, you will come out on top.
