Currently just started 1st Cycle of Test E, at 250mg twice a week. Started Monday. I have been doing Prohormones for the better part of a year. Here looking for advise, and to learn...
 
Been back at the Weights for over a year now. Been on Prohormones most of that time. All Free Weights and old school basic lifts, if it's a machine I don't want it. Looking to better myself, lead a healthy life, and Wreck shit.
Lift 4-5 Days a week. Goal is to BULK but minimize to much weight gain. 3000-3500 cals a day, 200-250 protein intake.
 
There r some great machines that address proper muscle implementation much more than free weights. Knowing is half the battle[emoji1377].
