Hello everyone, this account isnt too new but i lowkey made it and left it alone for a bit. I'm just getting into the game now, though ive dabbled my hands into some peptides (retatrutide) and i do believe it's time to take that next step in my sculpting. If theres anyone here that can give me a slight hand and help me around a bit that would be absolutely amazing.

You’re already off to a good start by posting your intro first. One thought is give us more detail into your personal stats, age/height/weight/b.f., tell us about ur training and nutrition.

You don’t have to write a novel but it’ll help us steer you in the right direction.

Very true, that's on me. im 18, 5'5, weigh about 148 as of right now. I don't know my bodyfat, but if i were to guess i'd say around the low 20's. I'm more of a new gym-goer, just really got consistent about two months ago, around the same time i started taking retatrutide, where i dropped a noticeable 15 lbs. I try my best to intake like 1.6k calories at this point, but now that the cut is coming to it's end i believe its time to shift gears.

Were you prescribed this med for a reason or just start utilizing it to jump start your weight loss?

You should cut a little longer before you start trying to bulk up. You don’t need to get dickskin lean if you don’t have a solid base to show off but 135-140lbs would be a good goal.

You seem like a nice young guy and I have no clue what kind of advise you’ve been given. Get off the medication. At your age, with virtually no training experience, and apparently no idea how to eat, you are setting yourself up for long term failure.

Learn how to manage your diet and develope a consistent training schedule. You shouldnt need anything other than protein and maybe creatine for a few years. Give yourself a chance to develope, there are no shortcuts that won’t come back to bite you. You are literally trying to skip to the last chapter without having finished chapter one.

While you are here at MESO read through training and nutrition threads and see how serious some of these guys are. That’s what it takes to be successful. I’m not trying to hold you back but help you develope the foundation to be successful.
