new info and questions

On an earlier post I said I gained 25-30 lbs in a couple of months due to bad diet and being lazy...some true...i ate very bad...but just found out I have hyroshima (sp) hypothyroidism. When I found this out I already went to Mexico abd bought t4 (100mcg) and clen. I have taken clen and nolvadex before and had great results. My t3 and t4 levels were horrible so no wonder I kept gaining and was always tired. Dr put me on 25mcg of t3 and 50 of t4...still taking clen 2 days on and 2 off (4 pills total a day) I am doing about 3-4 of cardio and 2-3 of weights. My problem is I am taking the big step 2nt weekend in March. HELP!!!! How fast does this stuff start to work since I really need it what can I do to phych my sysem and get my bady back...which used to be pretty good..my stats are 5'6 138 30%bf...YUCK!!! I liked being small and hard. Should I take a little mare of the t3 than prescribed...and what can I do about my diet to shock my system. I'll be honest...i have almost completely cut all carbs out...possibly 30 per day, fat VERY little, taking great vitamins and minerals...will this help? I'm eating about 3-4 times a day...mostly chicken breast. I only have a little over 3 weeks tell me what to do
 
You right, you do have little time, in fact maybe too little.
Few suggestions:
1. DO NOT TAKE MORE T3 and T4 than prescribed. VERY RISKY!!!
2. Since you have very little time, I would say do a lot of cardio, in fact do it every day, preferably in the morning on the empty stomach.
3. Work out 4-5 times per week.
4. You diet sucks. You dont eat as much as you should, which can backfire. You must consume atleast 1.5-2 grams od protein per pound of bodyweight when you dieting. You should eat 5-6 meal per day. Low carb, low fat (do not go zero carbs) is good idea, but you should increase your carbs to 100-200 gram at least every 5-6 days to shock your system, that will help you to constantly burn fat. If you dont increase your carb every 5-6 days your body will get used to the diet and you will stop seeing results (and feel like s..t).
5. Since you so close to the BIG DAY, I would also limit salt intake to minimum probably 7-10 days before the event. Use Mrs.Dash for spices.
