I am 42, 212lbs with 16% body fat. Running my first cycle Sustain 250 @ 500 a week pinning twice a week with Nolva for pct. When I started I was @ 216 lbs and 24% body fat. I am eating clean ( chicken, salmon) everyday along with oats and Broccoli for complex carbs. Working out single body part a day.
Would like to hear what everyone thinks about me going to pin 3 times a week staying at 500 to take advantage of all of the Esthers and to go to chest/tri's, Back/bi's, legs/shoulders twice a week. Any feed back would br greatly appreciated
