First off, I don’t mean to seem hostile by this post.
Anyways, I am finishing my last semester of college and play rugby here. I started getting serious about lifting weights and learning about nutrition and how my body worked the last semester of high school. I have been watching your forum off an on for almost a year now ( other forms too, but I seem to appreciate and trust this one the most ). I have never bothered to make an account because I did not see the reason to. I have mainly just been interested in how gear is used and the whole market of it. I have also been around long enough to know that everyone says they have been reading around a lot and hope to make friends, suck up a little more, and then most are never heard from again lol.
Anyways, I created an account to get the points of view from the members on a few things I have wondered.
Obviously 99% of the public selling of steroids online is a scam or you’re lucky if it is just way under dosed.
Driving to Mexico is almost as much as a crap shoot as online, plus you’re crossing the boarder or mailing it back which is pretty risky.
I know all the regulars over the years at our campus gym personally, and they don’t juice or claim to have connections ( thank goodness, still young bucks ) and i’ve been to the local gym a few times and the bodybuilding game is weak.
Obviously a private source you know and trust is the way to go.
All forums that don’t sponsor crap gear tell people to stick around and make friends and research. I understand a lot of people say they do research, but I actually have.
How does one jump into a forum and make friends? Is that not weird that one is trying to make friends with the sole end game to score a private source? Also, with a guy like me that has never done a cycle, although I want to ( who doesn’t, but I may not be ready quite yet ) how do you help out on a forum when you have no experience? I can read all I want but actual use is important. It’s like a little kid trying to eat at the adult table when there are no chairs available.
Plus, if one of you well-respected members just PM’d me, “hey, here’s this private source send me xxx dollars” and if i send it, you could easily just take it and never respond to me. I could post on here “ Hey, xxx stole my money,” but who would people believe? The Well-respected member or the guy that just walked in? I wouldn’t think twice about believing a member that has been around for awhile. ( I am definitely not saying any of y’all are scammers ).
I guess my question is I don’t understand how a new guy could actually make friends or get into the game when no one around him is in it.
Thanks for the responses. Maybe I am just looking at it in a shallow fashion.
