Despite not seeing a lot of activity from women here, I figured this forum is still a good resource & I hopefully might be able to also impart some of my knowledge down the road.
I’ve been researching for the past year & decided recently to take things a little bit further.

Stats:

34F
5’7”
148lbs

This is my 4th consistent year in the gym but I’ve been weightlifting since 2019. I’ve seen most of my best results over the past couple of years however, & I feel like I’m at a stall now.
My goal is to put on more muscle mass, increase my strength & gain some more knowledge in the process.

Taking my time though. I’m not in a hurry.
