I've been bodybuilding for a long time but stopped when my wife and I had our first kid 8 years ago. With full-time jobs it became impossible to go to the gym and basically I haven't touched a weight in 9 years and realized that I'm getting old and fat. Started lifting 2 months ago and I'm loving it. Bench is already up to 255 for reps so I'm excited to see where I'm at naturally after a year.

I used to be on bodybuilding.com and had a really huge thread called home brewing test where I went through a step-by-step picture process of my Homebrew method. It was one of the only threads on bodybuilding.com and you all might even remember it. That was a pretty big deal back in the day (14 years ago) to be ordering bulk powder from China but I see now that times have changed with the internet and it's easy to buy testosterone online.

My goal is to get back to my previous weights of squat 405 deadlift 405 and bench 315 before I even look at steroids again. I've done three Cycles back in the day around 14 years ago and home-brewed several hundred vials so I've got a little experience to add hopefully. Glad to be here and thanks for all that you guys do!

I started making my own gear because back then you only had two options. One was I think British dragon out of the UK and the other was s*** out of Mexico. One day I found rust in one of the vials from Mexico and nearly lost it.
I decided to make our own and bypass the Mexican cartel. It was beautiful stuff, 2% benzyl alcohol 2% benzoate? if memory serves me correct. 250 milligrams per milliliter with no sting or irritation like the Mexican crap. I miss those days being 20-25 lifting everyday with the Bros.

Here is where I was at just a few months ago almost 240 pounds. Skinny calfs, skinny legs, skinny arms and a fat belly. Things had to change so I got a squat rack and some other equipment in my garage and I've been doing compound weights only.

Today was simply DB rows with 105, upright rows with 135 and curls to finish. Just getting back in it but I love muscle memory!

So take this as a warning to everyone who has worked hard building their body and is Young. Don't stop working out for nine years straight you will lose almost everything that you put in and then some.
