Yo what's up guys. I think I may have just found my new home!! haha I've been in the fitness world for about 8 years now and the augmentation world for about 3. With that said, I am very new to any kind of forums and only in the past couple months I have been exploring them. Obviously like most, reddit was the first area I accidentally wandered into. Almost instantly it became clear that there was a few knowledgeable people there but most had no clue what they were doing and talking about. The thing that drove me crazy was those same people were also giving advice. Now I'm no 20yr vet but I do have a very good understanding of the biology side of things, so it was very easy to see the information that some were giving out could literally have lifelong negative effects on these people asking the questions. I have a very big problem with that but reddit is too big of a place to try and constantly watch for misinformation. This is also why I like this forum so much already. The way harm and risk mitigation was stressed in the "new member intro" was like music to my ears. I feel like it doesn't get talked about enough yet is definitely the most important in this kind of space. I believe AAS's have really only been demonized and looked down upon by society because of how bad they can be when miss used and done incorrectly. That very thing is what lead me to starting my podcast. It is aimed at breaking down complex information and ideas into layman's terms to try and give beginners and ordinary people a basic understanding of fat loss, muscle building, cognitive enhancement, hormone optimization and/or replacement, etc.. I feel like if people had a basic understanding of how these systems worked they would be able to sift through the bullshit out there much easier. I also want to make clear that I am in no way here to promote that podcast and only brought it up to give a little background on who I am. Never the less I am happy to be here in what seems to be a community full of knowledgeable people learning from each other. Also I'm a smart dumb person so screwed up grammar, run on sentences, and forgetting things a day later are sure to come. It is what is it haha
