What up everyone i guess its time to do my introduction. I joined sometime in november and didnt do my introduction just been lurking and reading. Im 36 and i been working out and doing fitness for bout 3 years now. Myhealth was bad an weight was bout 255-260 over weight an unhealthy and i thought the answer was to run miles and miles an miles and ended up just being skinny fat at 165,hoped on trt and started lifting. Ive done two cycles. Loving this forum an community and theres so much knowledge here that i have learned i havent had to ask any questions. Just searched it up and follow the rabbit hole
