Hey

im 38, 135Kg 6'5, been training on and off since 18 years old, never been 100% committed to it before used to train for a few months, see no results then give up, repeat this every 2 years or so, im now at the point where im 6months into this "stint" of training and seeing visible results from my efforts, which has given me the motivation and determination to succeed this time round. i feel that within myself i have seen what i can achieve if i keep at it and for this i am keeping myself disciplined when it comes to my training regime. i am a large person, Body fat is currently at 29% and i would like to lose 40Kg in total and hopefully get down into the Teens on the body fat %

here mainly for advise, inspiration, and when it comes to it, potentially a little extra help and push to reach my goal.
