Hi, I’m 46 and live in the UK.
Started TRT around two years ago when GP diagnosed a total T level of 5!!
I used Bupa insurance to see an endocrinologist and started on Testogel sachets. These didn’t work for me, one per day did nothing, two per day caused horrible anxiety and paranoia.
I was offered Clomid next. I didn’t know much about this and asked about Test Cyp and got told they would never prescribe that to me.
Switched to another endocrinologist who started me on CYP, 60mg/week. Slowly titrated up to 90mg/week (daily subq) and for a few weeks felt awesome, then crap again.
I’m now with a specialist clinic. They titrated me slowly up to 160mg/week but HCT became an issue so I’m now coming back down to try and find my sweet spot.
Currently at 70mg/week.
HCG made me feel awful.
SHBG is only 11 so I’m sensitive to fluctuations and can aromatise quickly.
I’m 6’4, fairly muscular build and have come down in weight from 112kg to 107kg.
I’ve just ordered some Reta in the hopes that losing more fat will help my TRT and perhaps raise my SHBG.
I regularly train for strength and hypotrophy, mainly with kettlebells and sandbags, but I also enjoy rowing and cycling roads and mountain biking.
Hoping to learn more about peptides, and maybe dabble in some other compounds if I can do so safely.

Welcome to Meso @KBJIM thanks for joining in. :)

Hope you may find a dose/protocol for TRT that works to feel better. Let us know how things go with Reta in the mix soon? Cheers.

Welcome mate, always good to see fellow Brits joining. Hopefully you’ll stick around & contribute.
Hi, I hope to be able to contribute in the future. I’m fairly knowledgeable about TRT based on all the research I’ve done to try and solve my issues, but I’m very inexperienced with peptides and steroids.

I’ve already been scammed out of £120 buying the Reta from what turned out to be a fraudulent website. So I’m still learning.

When I google retatrutide 5mg UK, there are several websites that come up on the first page that look legit. I don’t know if I’m allowed to name them, but they offer Apple Pay, Klarna, etc, but I don’t see them mentioned on forums like this or UK-Muscle. Not sure why. I guess I’ll find out the longer I stick around.

You can name & discuss any source here mate, but it can only be done in The Underground subforum, which as a New Member you won’t have the ability to post in.

To progress in rank to Member & gain posting rights there (& AFAIK the PM system), just participate across the forum & the system will update your membership status pretty quickly.

You can’t actively participate in the underground section but you can read the details on the vendors there… 3-4 different vendors on page 1 will hook you up with high quality Reta just do you research and upskill on crypto!

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like a nightmare dialing in the TRT. What was the reasoning that they would never prescribe Cypionate but we're ok with Clomid?

In the UK, Cypionate isn’t on the NHS formulary so it has to be prescribed privately. I’m guessing that the first endocrinologist I saw had no experience with it so didn’t want to prescribe it.
I don’t know much about Clomid but didn’t see it being used with specialist clinics in the UK so I switched to a new doctor.

Thank you. I ordered now from a recommended lab. Unfortunately I initially got scammed by a company that had replicated their website.

Just a heads up, not everyone gets "feels" from Testosterone. Im a little older than you, and I ran up to 750mg Test-C in a cycle and didnt feel anything. I mean literally no change in feels at any dose. Not when I started at 50mg, and not when I ran it high at 750mg. Nothing.

That doesnt mean it isnt working. The Test-C absolutely gave me more strength at the gym, helped me recover super fast, and helped me deal with some injuries. What im trying to say however, is dont depend on "feels."

That said, it is somewhat common to feel something during the initial androgen rush you get when you start a TRT. But as I understand, this doesnt last and goes away once your levels normalize. I never got a feeling of "wellness," for lack of better term, but apparently its a thing, just dont rely on it even if you did get it.
