Hi Guys,
I've been reading and learning about what meso is all about for awhile now.. Would like to contribute at some point but first thing is first, need to say hello!
I'm nearly 26, about 225 pounds, no clue what bodyfat % is but I'll guess 15 could be sadly disappointed though, and I've been back to training about 6 months now... Maybe bit longer. I weight trained when I was 15-19 and off and on since then, mostly off, as things kind of got in the way of training. By 17 I was benching a max of 315 pounds and trained 6 days per week religiously. Diet wasnt anything good though.
It's been amazing to be back in a gym! I feel very lucky because muscle memory is really a powerful thing and I've seen quick returns of previous muscle sizes and PR's. I am smarter now than I was then as well.
I am following a BB type of training program and I enjoy dabbling in powerlifting but for right now I'm seeking a good base of strength, mass, and lower fat level all around.. I like higher volume everything.. I've seen great results thus far with what I'm doing and enjoy researching how to improve all the time.
In all honesty, the reason I first came across meso was I was curious about doing a cycle and I wanted to look for a source many months ago as well as learn about everything that it entailed. Within about 10 minutes I felt a rude awakening like many of the noobs that go straight to underground and get insta flamed for asking the wrong questions... Awakening being aas aren't really needed for me just yet. I am growing muscle mass right now, observing fat loss, and strength is still growing, and I am learning. A cycle sounded like the perfect thing to add to this but after reading just a few threads I came to the conclusion it actually isn't really the right thing right now. PED's are fascinating.. And eventually I will do a cycle because I just know I will. I'd like to see myself plateau and come closer to my genetic potential before said cycle though. Meso has a fucking ton of info to keep me busy and interested until I can't wait any longer.
This board has some awesome members from all the reading I've done... They are what make it what it is here and they are why I enjoy sticking around to read more. Thanks guys!
