new member here

I'm a student, father, etc. I'm looking to gain about 30 lbs and raise my intensity in the gym. I've been working out off and on for about 3 years. I hope the gym I currently go to won't close(history of this) and I can continue my training. I do lot's of cycling and have been mixing swimming into the routine over the past year. Looking to start bulking, but first I have to get my girl's diet in order then I can start my process...
 
i have a friend actually several who are chubby chasers and will only do fat chicks. they love the riptide effect from behind
