Hey guys I been on olm forum for a while but it’s not the same and I’m happy to be here I’ve done a lot of searches that have shown me threads here on MESO! I’m 36 years old I used to play ice hockey up through college at university for a few years so I’ve always been into nutrition and training. I’m usually pretty strict with diet and training although I need to get a new training partner to help push and force a few reps! I cook a lot of my own food usually at least 4 meals a day and one shake but most days I can get 5 meals in and 2 shakes I can definitely eat and pretty strong naturally…I’m very much interested in the supplements/aas side of bodybuilding I have some good knowledge through first hand experience and training a few guys and my closest friend trains some good guys /women in our area so I lean on him a lot but mostly talk diet or training…I stick to 250mg of test enth with 2 iu of hgh and I will sometimes add 300mg of dhb or mast or both together is my favorite and very low doses I’d say! I try to make a little go a long way! It’s nice to be here thanks guys I tried to cover just a little bit of everything about myself

It sounds like you have a lot of experience and knowledge to share. PEDs are clearly overemphasized on MESO (obviously since it is a AAS-related website) so it's always good to have members with a sports-related training contribute to assert its importance.

"I try to make a little go a long way!" <-- I like this approach. Definitely the way to minimize any related harms.

I think it's great that you cook your meals. I think I would have personally had much more success (although no excuses) if I did this. One of my favorite threads on MESO is a food porn thread dedicated to members' culinary creations and experiences. Check it out:

Thank you bro…I love nutrition and training it’s huge where I grew up in north jersey by strong and shapely gym in Rutherford and everyone would emphasize heavy hard training and drugs were ancillary and not in the forefront like they are today! I feel these days cycles are were too high doses and we used to get all human grade amps and vials I think the drugs were better then and not as much were needed! Norma Hellas deca, dianabol naposim, Ahkarin Russian dbol, organon Pakistan and Nile amps!!!! I miss those days! Look forward to meeting some guys on here and hearing some stories and logs and progress…I’ll be back on soon probably my 500mg test enth, 300mg dhb, 375 mast enth and 2 iu hgh and some Levmir on back and leg days! That’s my blast I love it…maybe some var or dianabol at some point I don’t really run too much orals anymore though!

That's cool! I've never been to Strong & Shapely but I heard a lot about it and Bob Bonham's east coast mecca back in the day. Did you know/see a lot pros in there?
