Hello everyone,
I've been training for 15 years ++
eat healthy and weigh all my meals about 5 years ago
My height is 170cm or 5.57 feet
Actual age 32
I weighed 76KG (167 pounds) in competition and 80Kg (176 pounds) out of season
Here's a quick history of my journey with a few photos, starting chemical protocols end of 2021,
I decided to start on a blast and cruise knowing very well the pros and cons because I studied the molecules for many years and I decided to attack once the diet and training to the millimeter with an evolution that stagnated,
Testosterone enantate for Cruise : 200mg and blast : 500mg
1st competition april of 2022 with testosterone 500mg (stopped 2 weeks before D-day), 2 months on winstrol and anavar 40mg split in two times during the day, each 20mg in the morning on an empty stomach before cardio and 20mg before training in the afternoon,
I stayed out of season for over a year, trying out different molecules (deca, tren, dianabol ...) and competed again towards the end of 2023, with testosterone at 500mg primobolan at 400mg (stopped 2 weeks before D-day) 2 months on winstrol and anavar at 40mg, a little downside due to the trip to a country that controls products ... the last week I couldn't bring any molecules so I deshystrated with vitamin C, since then I've been in the maintenance phase, I decided to try trestolone a(ment) which I enjoyed at 30mg a week, I'm going to make a diary for a “cruise” of trestolone enantate to replace testosterone enantate, once I've stabilized the dosage and if all goes well, I'm thinking of doing a mass gain phase of about 4 months via primo (200mg) and DHB (never used so i don't know the dosage for now) + 4 ui HGH (per day)
In the diary I'll put photos with protocols each week as well as my feelings.
I respond well to diets high in protein and carbohydrates with almost no fat, if I reduce the carbohydrates a little I dry out very quickly (I would detail the meals with the weight of the ingredients but not the macros detailed with x grams per kilos because I have no idea, I look for the nutrients, the mirror is my guide so I adapt according to that and the weight on the scale if necessary).
The training sessions are always the same, only the intensity changes, so one day a muscle, for example: Monday pectorals + abdominals, Tuesday quadriceps + calves, Wednesday back + lumbar, Thursday rest, Friday shoulders + abdominals, Saturday hamstrings + calves, Sunday rest or biceps + triceps.
Once the dry weight gain phase is over, I'll start a dry phase.
However, I won't be taking part in any more competitions, because even though I love this world, the lure of financial gain for the organizations, and the financial costs involved for the athlete with or without a coach, mean that I'm no longer interested, at least not at the moment.
I would start the protocol towards the end of October, while removing the water retention and increasing the hydrates in order to fill the muscles while remaining lean and thus have perfect insulin resistance.
Thank you for reading this far and I hope we can exchange ideas
