Hi fellas,
Decided to actually post after being told by wiser members than I to introduce myself. I've been lifting for about 8 years, self taught and was a bit of a dipshit for the first few years. Used pro hormones a few years back without knowing better but at least properly post cycled. Haven't touched AAS since and recently decided to run a cycle of 500mg of test a week with Arimidex ed and nolva on hand for pct as well as if other symptoms flair up. My question is this, I did bloodwork about 2 months ago but am now wondering if I need to run pre-bloods once again since I am now about to actually start the cycle.
Stats are as follows: ~6' 192lbs 26yrs (Started 8 years ago at 155)
Came back up to 192lbs after cutting to 177lbs. Not sure on body fat, small amount on lower stomach and a little bit on love handles but top of abs and muscle on ribs still show.
Consuming mostly clean 3,700-4,000 calories a day in prep for the cycle, have been doing this for about 2 months now.
Deep Squat: 305x1
Deadlift: 405x4 (without chalk or straps)
Bench: 250x1
