Hey! Been looking reading and watching a ton of different forums for the past year...finally found one I think is worth joining. Lucky you huh.
Quick stats 52 yrs, male, 5'8, 178 lbs. Spent a lot of time lifting thru my 20's in the Chicagoland area then got busy with kids business and life.
Now back at it for the past year with several important differences....
Understand the importance of diet
The importance of appropriate amount of sleep/rest
And how hormones can affect the bodies ability to gain size and strength.
Anyway started out at 147 lbs in march 2014...the avatar pic is 1 yr result as of last Sunday.
Currently on lo test 200 mg/wk, with 400 tren, in week 3 of 10.
Test is trt. Dose
Funny thing is the one guy I stumbled on about a year and a half ago, who I read as much of as I could find, is your own Bill Roberts.
