Hello Meso,

I have spent the last couple of weeks trying to gather as much useful information as possible. I am epitome of how not to run a cycle. I am 44 y/o male, started lifting about 2 years ago after suffering an injury that sidelined my running. I never lifted weights before the injury, I was a marathon runner. I have done 4 cycles, didn't research shit just started injecting. The results were terrible!!! Currently I am 5'8 175#, haven't measured BMI, consistent at gym 3-4 days a week and cardio, diet is decent but can't give up the beer. Researched the other boards but the brutal nature of Meso reminds me of my military days!!!
 
Welcome man. I know its tough givin up the sweet nectar, but im about 5 weeks without any alcohol and I feel tons better and am performing considerably better in the gym.
 
I don't think I will ever stop but have slowed down considerably. It's kinda sacrilegious in the country to not drink beer!! I have noticed a difference at the gym with just slowing down. My trade off was to stop drinking soda altogether. Thanks for the reply!
